We are Diamond members with 15 cruises under our belt. We are loyal to RCI, at least until now. It seemed as if there were fewer crew members than warranted on this ship. With only one pool bar, I thought it would be better staffed. Always waited for service. The Windjammer is too small for this ship. It was difficult to find a table every time you went to breakfast or lunch.

We use the gym on a regular basis. But this gym room was dirty and very dusty. It appeared as if the machines were never cleaned, the floor seldom vacuumed. And the towels provided had a musty odor to them. I thought it a waste the spin bicycles were not utilized. I would have loved to ride them without needing to pay for each hour.

We went to book another cruise with the onboard Loyalty ambassador. We did not book with her because she treated us with indifference and didn't seem inclined to care if we traveled on RCI.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin M

Cabin was on the small side, even for an inside room. The pillows need to be replaced. The were flat which indicates well used. Our attendant, Anthony was very good. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
