After a 3 night stay in the humble Hotel Henry, 4 of us made our way to the pier by waterbus. That took us to the general area of the People Mover. Thank goodness there were other English speaking travellers who know where it was. A brief trip on that and we were about 3 blocks from the boarding area. There were no porters carts or any assistance. It was a hot day and we are Seniors. That is the only negative thing that I can say about the whole cruise experience.
The service was great. Food varied and well, prepared, cabin spotless, We had a balcony on deck 10. We preferred the Alizar dining room where we received excellent service from Erfan and Rawitaw (maybe) at dinner.
We learned to play shuffleboard and met other travellers from different countries. We enjoyed karaoke on the way to the terrific shows in the evening
Cabin was clean. Amiel took care of that and the animal towels. Closets were large and other storage fine. Bathroom was ok and shower a good size. Not in there long anyway. We appreciated the "turndown service" and chocolates. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows soft. All in all very nice
