This was our 34th cruise and second with Royal Carabean. It was dreadful. This is not cruising, there needs to be another name for this type of holiday, "Pontlins on the Water" suites so much better.

I do appreciate this was a short break over the Bank Holiday and the Stag and Hen parties were fine. However what has happened to the care and attention from the staff?

Why is it suddenly okay to queue for 20 minutes for a drink at the bar and be grunted at by the bar man. What has happened to the waiters, or is that not required on this type of cruise?
