Sail Date: May 2015

This was our 4th cruise on Princess and the 3rd time sailing to Alaska. We have always returned to Princess because of the service we received. We have always booked the top suite and felt like it was worth the extra money.

I can't even begin to describe what a horrible experience we had on our most recent trip. In the past we had a designated line for suite guest. Not this year, they had a line but when we asked about it they said we didn't have a suite even though our paper stated it. And not only did we have a suite we had the top suite. It took 3 hrs to board the ship!!

In the past when we made dinner reservations we had priority for time and location. This was not the case and service was beyond terrible. It was the first cruise of the season, but truthfully there were no excuses. During one lunch we placed our order and waited for 45 min. We finally flagged down another server and told her we hadn't seen our waitress. She went to look for her and came back and said she must have left and had to take our order again.
