The 1st and only complaint I have ever had with NCL happened on this cruise and it is not a staff issue it is an NCL issue. You promote kids sail free and there were over 500 children on the ship and splash academy can only care for 76 children at a time which caused huge waits and very inconvienent for all us parents. The poor people at splash academy are getting yelled at and cursed out because the cruise line cannot handle the amount of kids you guys let book. I think it is crazy that we have to stand in line for over an hour to get into the splash academy because of the ridiculous amount of kids and not enough space. This is in no way a reflection of the splash academy staff whom made our vacation far more enjoyable by helping care for our child so we could chill out and relax. We have a group booked in April on the same ship (on my families recomendation) and I have never strayed from NCL. I have always been 110% satisfied but if this happens again next year we will be looking into other cruise lines.
Now onto the positives. Our room stuart (Komang) was fantastic. We received great service from Prince and rosalie at O'Sheehans and the crew of splash academy made our trip great. Splash academy crew helped my wife and I enjoy our vacation. As always the food, service and ship were incredible. I love NCL and promote it to everyone. I have never had an issue. I book 2 cruises a year religiously with NCL and hope to keep doing so. As long as the splash academy thing gets cleared up.
Room guy was awesome.
