From the time we arrived to check in EVERYONE was Amazing. I use a cane and from the time we walked in to check-in there was help. Everyone from the room stewards, waitress and waiters to the Captains ( yes they are visable and approachable) . The trip was awesome, the scenery breaktaking, took the shore excursion, Whale watching & Safari photo shoot of Menendall Glacier in Juneau and loved it. The boat only holds 14 so everyone on board got great shots of mama and baby whales, sea lions, eagles even a harbour seal. Captain J. and tour guide Micea were very knowledgeable and interesting. One of the highlights of my cruise.

Lots to do on the cruise, classes, massages, and great entertainment. Sorry, if you don't have a great time there may be something wrong with you. lol

Yes I would take this same cruise over, I loved it that much!!!!!!!

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Of course everyone would love a huge cabin but it is a ship. Enough room for 2 adults. Like the coffee maker in the rooms. Thought the bathrooms would have been smaller so I was pleasantly surprised. Small refrig. also a nice surprise. Very clean !! I would not go on a cruise unless I had a balcony room. It is well worth the upgrade fee. To be able to sit out on my balcony, sipping my coffee, enjoying the awesome scenery Alaska has to offer will will never be forgotten. Got some great pics. of Eagles, whales, the sun over the snow capped mountains and the beautiful blue glaciers all from my balcony. Our cabin steward was a great young man ( Bayardo) very hospitable with a great personality

Port Reviews

Seattle

Dale Chihuly Garden and Glass is a must. I actually wanted to cry it was so beautiful.

Pikes Market - Fish throw, great food, flowers and crafts.. A must see in Seattle

Skagway

Least favorite of our stops but then again I didn't take an excursion. I heard from fellow passengers and my cabin neighbors that the train ride was really nice. They saw mountain goats and a bear. Took the shuttle to town. 1 long street, 7 -8 blocks of shopping. Thought by the map I had, the glass blowing shop was on a side street but we were told it was a mile or two out of town. Was told in another port, by a native Alaskan , Skagway had the best ice cream. They were right :)
