We booked this cruise due to cost, this was a family vacation for my family of 5. We booked 1 cabin with 2 pull down beds and 1 trundle bed. My husband was skeptical at first being that our kids are 20, 22, and 25. Well to our surprise it worked out perfectly! Everyone worked together and we had no conflicts with bathroom times, a testament to family working together! The ship is older but nice and it never felt crowded we didn't have long waits for anything. The food was excellent! This is my second carnival cruise my first cruise was on the breeze, a beautiful ship but the food was just so so. Overall we really enjoyed our time on the Sensation everyone was very friendly and I would go again.

My only negatives are due to being a RCL cruiser, by comparison RCL ships provide more entertainment throughout your cruise and food is always good. Also I did not know who my cabin steward was or who the cruise director was until leaving the Sensation. But non of that was a major for me.
