I feel that for the most part Princess did an amazing job of handling 3200 people without long lines, etc. The anytime dining process of providing beepers for those who wish to wait for a 2 person table works fine and a sharing table was always available. The process of getting the people to the tour buses in such a short time was amazing. I would not have taken several of the tours if I had realized that even tho it was a "do it on your own" you had to accompany the tour guide to a meeting point both on arrival and departure which was very far from the bus. Do the tours on your own if you are the least bit adventurous. The embarkation was one of the worst even - had to delay the life boat drill twice as people still not on - but believe it was that Princess was changed to an old outdated terminal. The disembarkation was flawless - even got off ahead of schedule.. I love comedians and we had four - only problem was they were English and the jokes went over Americans head. The ships passengers were nearly all English so guess they would feel the same way if they sailed out of the US. This was my 35th cruise and 15th Princess so I finally made Elite.

Cabin Review

Cabin AC

Very adequate. Loved having the large tub. Balcony had no cover (as we had been told), but was not a problem as shade was usually to one side - great for one only sun worshipper. True that this ship is going into dry dock next April so is needs a bit of spiffing up. Took a guarantee and lucked into the best located mini cabin on the ship.
