This was our first time on Princess and first time to Alaska. We absolutely loved Alaska however can not say the same about Princess. We experienced terrible customer service all through out our trip. Our steward was awesome and made sure our requests were taken care of. It is a shame the rest of the ship did not share this same mentality. Front desk, bartenders, servers, etc. had an attitude that they just didn't care if we were there or not. Very few staff members were friendly. This attitude is why I do not feel that our tip should be split and distributed no matter what. I would rather tip those who actually give exceptional service.

I dare say I will think twice before considering another Princess cruise.
