Too much extra add-ons for every little thing and overselling. Every activity onboard had to do with an upset (art, jewelry, games for go-pro cameras, etc). Generally staff attitude high and friendly service. Getting daily ice became a drudge because it seemed like an inconvenience although I cash-tipped regularly. Lack of added activities when inclement weather on the crossing could have given staff opportunity to step-up and wow us with extra things to do, but this did not happen. Guest Relations left me 3 identical prerecorded messages the penultimate night about settling up my bill when they did have a credit card on file after all. Staff continuously spoke with pride about refurbishment yet paint all around my outside verandah was peeling and chipping, needing a good cleaning.

AquaClass 1

Clean stateroom even if ice delivery was sporadic. Others in Aqua Class got cards requesting when they wanted canapes, but never did my stewards offer me this. I rarely got new fruit. Under my sofa the dirt and lost items from previous cruisers was apparent, and I photographed the dust and items before discarding.
