Cabin: Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

We had much expectation for this cruise for our surprise the ship is big but very old, after embarking we headed to Winjamer cafe was clean but food was ok with very little variety. The story began when we got to the stateroom it had strong odor of rat urine it was unsupportable, the pillows were old and stinky we requested new one not with out giving the housekeeping a cash tip. Was the worst nightmare ever. The sapphire restaurant manu is limited the reason of this is to pressure guests to go and buy dinner at their high pricey specialty restaurants. The only good thing this ship has is the HUMAN RESOURCES EVERYONE WENT OUT AND BEYOND TO TAKE CARE EVERY GUESS NEEDS.
