Took a Cruise to Aruba, Grand Turk, Curacao and La Romana. Problems we encountered on this ship. Sink would not drain, shower would not drain. Guest Service desk people were not friendly just cold. We had Your Time Dining, one night service was terrible, took forever to get a menu and food, no water refill. went on a Carnival Tour in La Romana and the tour guide disappeared for about 20 to 30 minutes. No where to be seen even though everyone including the driver had been waiting in the bus. Did not do any more Carnival sponsored tours, did our own.

The entertainment was terrible, no more Vegas style shows. The DJ was terrible, where is the live music??? Music by the Casino was terrible, not to many people there to listen to horrible music. Not much to do on Sea Day's, VERY BORING!!!!!!! The food was just OK. Not much variety. Basically the same thing every day on the Lido deck. Guys Burgers were the best. Sometimes the ice cream machines were out of order or out of ice cream or cones. Sometimes the ice machine was out of ice or no glasses available so had to go search other areas. During breakfast or lunch on the Lido deck many times could not find a table to sit. Some were available but were full of dirty dishes/food. The chocolate lunch was small compared to other ships/years.

The service on this ship was the worst of any Carnival Ship. My advise to other's AVOID this SHIP. Bad customer service. Where has the FUN gone? NO more samples in the bathroom vanity. No more chocolates on the pillow.
