Having been on the Victory before we knew we were boarding an older ship but also knew it had been in dry dock recently so expected some updates.

I will state both my husband and I enjoyed ourselves, we try to make it a point to have fun and relax and not pick at the little things. That being said we did have a good time but this trip was a little disappointing.

I guess one of the first things we come to expect is meeting our cabin steward. Well after not seeing him the first or second day, it was kind of a challenge to see if we could meet him. I hasten to say our room was clean and he obviously was doing his job. We did finally meet him on the day before disembarkation in the afternoon. Again not a deal breaker just a way to say this cruise wasn't our usual experience.

Port Reviews

Key West

Always love this port. This trip we walked through some areas and spoke to the locals. We went to the Butterfly Gardens and it was much better than we expected. We don't usually do the same place twicw but we might do this again in the future.

Cozumel

This time we just hung around the port. We did see the underwater bar which looked interesting. However we didn't see anybody to ask how it worked so we didn't take advantage of it.

Miami

While we didn't tour Miami this time (I grew up in the area) Miami is always a fun place with lots of culture. Almost any activity you want you can find here.
