Everyone aboard the Norwegian Jade was so nice and accommodating. Both cruise directors - Rodrigo and Archie, were so fun and helpful.The party crew - Alex, Andre, Wesley, Fabio, and Alice really made sure that everyone around them was having a good time. My steward Ricon was so concerned about our well being and was so kind and genuine. Overall, I am floored by how excellent I was treated by the staff. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make sure the passengers were having the vacation of a life time. After working in customer service for many years, I know how much work goes into making sure the customer is always happy. I appreciate all the cruise staff has done to make that possible. The shows were also excellent -- Soul Duo was simply amazing and beautiful. Thanks Norwegian for an unforgettable vacation!
