Bigger is not always better.

A 16 day cruise with my wife and grandson (aged 10) on the Anthem of the Seas was not the best experience one can have. Let’s start my list of Victor Mildew moans. First rip-off Southampton Airport if you wish a taxi from the airport to the ship then come out of the arrivals don’t take the taxi firm in the airport, but go outside turn left go over the railway bridge and get a normal taxi, its about 60 yards away. There is a line of cabs there just waiting for you and you save up to £15.00 each way.

While I’m on the subject of cost, Royal Caribbean gave us an exchange rate of $1.40 to the pound, which is lower than all of the banks in the UK. So my advice is take dollars with you.
