This was our first p&o cruise and will be the last.having sailed with Norwegian,princess,celebrity and royal Caribbean we thought we would give them a try.Good points first,embarkation was very good no hassle at all.Also overall entertainment very good.Cabin steward first class.Thats all the good points,now for the bad...STAFF genrally not interested,not much in the way of interaction,pool service very poor and in most of the bars if you want a drink when a show is on forget it,they all too busy watching show.FOOD in Buffett area tasteless boring and because of poor design of food serving area it was like a cattle market,although in a cattle market the animals would probably eat less and be less rude.Main dining room service nothing more than ok,and tiny portions example beef with veg consisted of 1 slice of beef,2small new potatoes and 2 florets of broccoli.Also tinned peas,tinned baby carrots,packet mix sauces and general lack of quality,of course if you eat in pay extra venues the food is 10times better,could be a ploy to get you too spend more money.HYGEINE only once on whole trip was there hot water in toilets,and hand cleansers either empty or non existent,no enforcement at meal times as on other cruise lines.ATMOSPHERE around ship generally boring,and us Brits can be proper rude too.CABIN was ok nothing out of the ordinary,however if you are in anyway short,rotund,or in fact over 6 foot tall then the shower is very small.PRICES onboard are expensive and at every turn they try and get you to spend more.

Overall very disappointed there is a lot customer services CANT help you with,and that says it all really.unfortunatly we are already booked on Brittania for July,but that's it for us.
