1st day on board cannot get into our room lock won't work. Walk all the way to reception she gives us new cards says if they don't work use one of the phones to call reception. Walk all way back to room cards don't work and where are these phones. Luckily manage to find someone who cleans the room phones up to get someone to come. After half an hour of waiting finally get in our room. The rooms lovely. Butter on the TV starts to keep going on then off all the time phone housekeeping wait wait finally they come. Women says she cannot fix it but pulls a lead out and goes this doesn't fix it we have to sort it ourselves and wait until next day for someone to sort it.

Bingo. What can I say the last game was a complete rip off the man doing it kept pressing the button more than once and we didn't know what numbers had come out. This was a waste of 49 dollars. Complained all we got was come back and play later. Not eating another hour and a half of our lives with some idiots who just waffle on and on and make stupid noises.
