Sail Date: May 2015

We have just returned on 16th May 2015 from a cruise on the Dream. We have traveled on the Dream twice before and the ethos and standards have fallen well below that which we experienced some 6 months previously - before the refurbishment of the public areas. The ship is rusting and deteriorating externally and our cabin 7157 had an industrial air conditioning unit outside the door that was so noisy it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep even with earplugs! No soap, shampoo or small toiletries were available and the liquid soap and shower gel in the dispensers were of a poor substitute.

The public toilets were usually only 50% available despite the wonderful and unenviable job that the cleaners had to undertake.

The lifts were small and slow and very frustrating at times.

Cabin Review

Cabin Outside Plus

Good size with plenty of storage. Now showing wear and tear. Carpets need replacing. Air conditioning unit outside cabin extremely noisy even with door closed. Windows badly stained.
