Just came back from our 10 days cruse with Royal Caribbean on Bermudas and some of the islands . The last port was Haiti and was the best one from all ( private island, longest hours to stay, walking distance to the beach, free chairs ) . But whole experience from the cruise was far below our expectations . We traveled with our 8 years old son and he did not have a great time, like we were expected : kids club hours were so limited and inconvenient 9-12, 2-5, 7-10, kids activities were kind of boring and not adventures , stuff was not professional train at all. The whole day we had to do something to keep our son busy and did not have time to enjoy our vacation just for ourselves and relaxed. We went to a guest service several times to speak to their managers about our concerns, seems like they did not care. Their response was ; it is your child, you deal with him
