Where to start!!! A positive..... There are 2!!! We will rock you was incredible. I have seen this show 3 times before. The vocals were outstanding. (Although timings weren't great). The 2nd positive is the online check in. All very easy.

Ok time for the not so positives. Let's start with the food..... I was travelling with a 9 month old baby (who was charged full price! And hardly used any facilities). There were hardly any provisions for her. She ate so many crackers and and bread. She had plain pasta and lots of mash. But at the sit down meals I ordered her adult meals which was pretty salty that she was not that interested in. I didn't bother with anything the next night she just had bread. At the buffet I saw them bringing out some strawberries for the dinner. I asked if I could get a couple for my daughter. They were rude and didn't answer or give me any indication if I could or not. Sit down meals were not hot and very average tasting. Service was crap. More staff stood outside with iPad chatting then inside serving. I asked for a cearser salad with no cheese. I got lettuce and crutons. I asked for some sauce twice and it took over 10 mins and they gave me another one. By this point everyone else on the table had finished starters. Bread rolls I had to ask twice for and took over 10 mins. Over 2 hours to eat a 3 course meal. Menu were boring and not much choice. Not a spectacular dining experience unlike independence of the seas. Worst part about the food my husband had some rice at the buffet and bit into a stone. He chipped his tooth and was in pain for hours after. Had to go to the medical centre to get pain killers.

Tour was expensive and boring. No help to find places to eat. No baby changing facilities anywhere. Luckily passengers in the bus were ok for us to change her nappy on the seats. Went to book the tour 3 times but no one was at the desk. Went to customer service desk and they gave me 2 false time when they will be here to help answer some questions. I was told not to worry there are loads of spaces. When I finally managed to speak to someone they said it was full.
