I have taken a few cruises on Celebrity before this cruise on the Summit. My overall impression is that Celebrity is still good but they have cut back on many items. They care more about and care more for the Aqua Class and above people. The main dining room is still good but the portions are smaller and the staff has been reduced so they work much harder.

The coffee in the buffet is not good. The people working the buffet are not as happy or cooperative as the majority of the staff. Only a small portion of the buffet is open late and they do close at times during the day.
