I had a very good experience on most of the ship. However, Guest Services needs to be thoroughly overhalled and managed better. Long lines are typical on the first and last days, therefore an increase in staff is necessary for those times to keep the waiting time down. Also on-board credit needs to be handled more efficiently. Had deep problems trying to get staff to make corrections, which they constantly screwed up or put you off so they do not have to deal with it. Also, since the ship does not allow taxis to come near the ship, some form of transportation from the ship to the taxi area is necessary. There were some carts at one point, however, this information was not disseminated to guests -- you just caught one when you can. I don't like the idea of a daily amount being charged for tips. Tips should be given for good service, not to enhance employee's paychecks. I would definitely not want to tip most of the guest services staff that did not offer help to my problem. Dining experience has declined since I last traveled.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin Q

The cabin was adequate for my purposes. The attendant was superior! He was the epitome of a professional and made our stay comfortable. He made himself available for special requests and was a very pleasant individual to work with.
