Cruised last year from Baltimore to Bahamas on Carnival Pride prior to upgrades and had a ball. Not sure what happened on this cruise but my room was like a freezer. Had to call 7777 3 times. If I called every night it definitely would have been from day 1 thru day 6 of my 7 day cruise. I could not relax in my stateroom. Most uncomfortable cruise I ever had. People had on sweaters and jackets all over the ship. I understand the temperature have to be a little cool for germs, etc. but not cold enough to give you frost bite. the food was ok. didn't care for dining room food. guy's burgers and fries was the best but you can only eat so many burgers.

Activities: I remember carnival had so many shows and live bands that I was so confused as to what to do. now it's just a lot of selling, raffles, bingo, gambling, drawings, anything to make more money. Now they are taking away the GOLD card member perks. Complimentary bottle of water, wow. I can bring my own case on the ship. 1 drink for all of the money we pay for the cruise and in purchases? It's becoming a joke. I love cruising and convenient from Baltimore. Carnival needs to bring in another ship. Getting tired of the same ports. Cabin steward pleasant.
