Wow. As others have noted, this 22 day cruise was right out of dry dock, and we had Horrendous problems in terms of the continued construction we had to endure throughout the first 15 days, not to mention that no improvements were done to any of the staterooms or any of the public areas or decks. Balcony furniture was absolutely corroded and clearly 15 years old. Inside furniture was worn and dirty and called for a towel to cover it before sitting. I'm not a clean-freak at all, but this was an appalling experience. Much less, the horrible health risk we all faced with the continuous water, toilet, and drainage issues, was terrible. Dry dock did not even touch the corrosion of all decks, nor the terrible mess of all woodwork which was an embarrassment to any ship in existence. The ship is just shabby.

I had booked a cabin for no noise above, below, or beside. I got a cabin under the ship's galley, with really LOUD constant noise of slamming doors, moving furniture grinding across the floor and drilling noises above me 24/7. Asked the Front Desk for a resolution to this for 15 days, and got a bland and unresponsive reply. Had to wear earplugs for the entire 15 days at nights, and still was awakened throughout the night. Horrible experience, and made the port time less efficient for me due to the loss of sleep.

Incredibly, the food was less than mediocre in the Lido buffet. Unforgivably repeatitive with the same dull menus every 3-4 days, and no variation or perks in the salad bars throughout the entire 22 day cruise. No plain cream cheese for bagels for 10 days, despite ports every day. Vanilla is the Only sugar-free ice cream, despite daily requests to vary this. As said, the food was really dreary and uninspired and so boring from day to day with no variation. Some staff on the buffet line were less than interested and even unpleasant in their presentation.
