Would we travel again with P&O? No, not to any place that requires tenders, until they fix their process. Only average rating due to tenders.
On booking our TA warned that its not the same level as our previous trip on Voyager of Seas. We chose this trip due to new to us ports & other family going.
Embarkation was smooth & quick for us, as we had a suite we could fast pass the queues. Any water you have in carry on is confiscated, open or not (P&O policy) - same applied for when you are returning from shore excursions. Disembarkation was also smooth - we booked the bus transfer to airport on board & little waiting meant we could change flights our flights home to an earlier one.
Size quite good. Lots of storage/hanging. Bath always a bonus when you have children. Sofa bed ok for children to sleep, but I'd hate to sleep on it. Only had feather pillows, but then I didn't ask for an alternative. Stewards happy & prompt when asked for help. Our fridge broke 4 days before the end & wasn't fixed. A/C not responsive to any changes that you make - after 12hrs no apparent change. We also received canapés & drinks on departure & a formal night; & chocolates few nights much to the delight of the kids. We were just under the Grill, but it was reasonably quiet. The noisiest time was a party night, but that finished round 11pm.
