We were really looking forward to our cruise on Royal Caribbean Explorer , having been on the Independence 2 years earlier , we knew the two ships were very similar & as the Explorer had just had a refit we thought it would be fabulous .......how wrong were we !

It appears the owners in their wisdom have decided to remove quite a lot of seating, instal pay to eat restaurants & a huge photo studio as well as adding 81 or so more cabins which were not even occupied at the time of our cruise , had they been , we might well have been sitting on the open deck every night .

During our 11 night cruise we were not able to find a seat to sit & enjoy a drink & the entertainment .
