My parents treated all the kids and grand kids (15 of us in all) to an amazing Disney trip which was the parks for 4 to 5 days and the cruise for 2 days at Ports Nassau and Castaway Cay (Disney's own island). Some people love the cruise so much that they now skip the parks and go on a longer cruise. We feel the parks are great too and offer something different, so we wouldn't want to ski them.

We bordered the ship around 1:00 PM, but I think you can get on earlier. We were concierge level guests, so we could skip the lines, but we didn't know this until after we had stood in line for about 30 minutes to confirm our children's camp reservations. We came with our 7 year old and almost 3 year old boys.

Overview: Our stateroom was big and fantastic. We had a sitting room, a master bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. There were also 2 TVs and a door to separate the 2 rooms. Each night the concierge staff brought us a basket of either fruit, cookies, or chocolate covered strawberries. My mother was in a tremendous suite. The staff was very kind, helpful, and prompt to our needs. The dining options were everything from pizza and buffet casual to sit down dinners. By the way, you do not have to get very dressy. A pair of khakis and golf shirt for the guys and slacks or a sun dress are fine for the women. One night for the 8:30 seating people seemed more dressed up, particularly if they wanted a professional photo of the family. Great Fitness center with a great spinning class.

Cabin T

see above. Please be cautioned that the rail on the balcony is low and I thought my child might fall over several times.
