Well,

Let me first say that I have been on this boat about 4 1/2 years ago. I have always enjoyed freestyle cruising and have traveled on Carnival, Princess, RC and NCL previously. This is my second cruise traveling with a toddler and I have to say that the family/kids program is lacking luster.

My room was clean and available upon check in. My steward did not show up until late that evening. I tipped him 20$ upfront to ensure superior service (even though they get tipped at the end it sometimes helps) Guess what.....he got transferred to a different part of the ship and I was assigned a new steward...twenty bucks in the toilet.
