Just returned from a weeks cruising the Adriatic on the Thomson celebration ship. we had a great time and visited some lovely places. The ship is spotless and the crew could not do enough, they were all very nice and very helpful especially wee Dikha in the Lido dining room. The entertainment tram were fantastic and we wondered if they ever got any sleep as they were on the go all day and night. the shows that were put on in the Broadway were fantastic and in Liberties there was always lots of great fun going on. even during the day on deck there was always something going on. the cruise director Paul was terrific and made sure everyone was having a great time.
the only negatives were that the venues for the entertainment were very cold at night so we had to wear cardigans and jackets to keep warm.( the heating on the cabins was ok) . the only other complaint was that there are not enough public toilets on the ship. the one provided for Liberties and the Broadway balcony only had two cubicles which were flooded nearly every night and the one on deck five was a long way from the Lido dining room. all in all we had a great time and on the return journey Thomsons organised boarding passes for all so that when we left our luggage outside the cabin the night before we left we never saw it again till we arrived at Glasgow airport. our thanks to all the crew on board the ship for giving us a lovely time.
the cabin was kept spotless at all times and tea and coffee facilities were provided. heating could be adjusted to suit ourselves. and bunks were comfortable
