This was not a great experience as we were not informed correctly about the transfer from the ship to the beach & return to the ship.  We consequently were put onto the wrong minibus & was expected to pay the driver 8 dollars each even though we had already paid for it all on the ship.  There were lots of confusion & we had to almost beg our way back on one of the coaches!...thank god the local minibus drivers were ok about the situation but they were a bit unhappy about it! Norwegian did reimburse our money after a little persuasion from one of our party.

Didn't enjoy this as we didn't get off the ship until after lunch as the queues were long for disembarkment so everything was very rushed & we didn't get to see lots of the Atlantis adventure complex!  We found it quite expensive too!

We didn't take up on any excursion for this port so unable to leave a review.  I find this part a bit on the silly side as having to write all this to complete the overall survey!!

When we docked & had a day off the ship, we were greeted back at the ship with a team of staff giving us cold wet flannels, an ice cod drink & fresh beach towels which I thought was a very nice touch!!I was very impressed by how clean the ship was kept & the incredible effort made by all staff with infection control "washy washy, happy happy" with cleaning hands & being greeted in all food areas with hand sanitizer!
