The iterniary set was impressive. I visited some interesting places of Europe, which I found enjoyable. The tours arranged by the cruise showed great organisation and planning. I managed to catch a good glimpse of each place featured in the iterniary. The food provided in the restaurant show high standards. I loved it. Dining experiece meet my liking. The entertainment could have been a lot better if I am to be honest. They repeated the same shows during the week. There was no variety at all. The acts proved to be bland. Limited activities featured in the cruise. Far too many bingo and casinos and karoke, not really my cup of tea. Sports facilities show good standard.

There are a few areas identified which I feel the company need to be improved on. Customer service sometimes shows sloppiness. Further training needs to be provided on the area. Staff misled me at times with inaaacurate information and not providing specific information. I found this unacceptable. Depsite a few flaws, the experience was great. I need to see improvements in these areas if I consider using the cruise for future tours.
