Accessible Cabin C514

Just returned today extremely dissatisfied. Excessive noise from both cabin all night long & surrounding crew service areas until 2 o'clock in the morning. Lifts unacceptable for wheelchair use, far too small, unable to turn around inside it to operate just one set of controls. Often out of order or malfunctions. Cabin located too far away from lifts, passing a laundry trolly a total nightmare. Food at second sitting way below standard, lunchtime far better. Limelight club good in principal, beware of getting locked out halfway through event to access disabled toilet in another dining area, round trip taking 15 minutes. Frosted glass too high for anyone to see you stranded outside. Disabled toilets are the biggest joke ever. They are either a two man, two door waste of time, or the ridiculous automatic kind you have fun and games with trying to lock the door before it opens up again. Don't go alone if you are desperate. Not one had soap in a dispenser and the only one by the pool did not have a lock despite many requests to have one fitted. Will never go back on this ship, some staff were rude, others didn't care. They trapped my hand on handrail manhandling me at one port.
