I don't normally write reviews but I was so shocked by some of the really negative reviews about this great ship. From the moment we arrived at Southampton and saw Britannia till we stepped off at the end we had a great time. As usual check in was very efficient, the ship's Deco was amazing light and bright. Our cabin was ready and our luggage arrived very quickly. The cabin was a good size with a wall mounted flat screen TV.The bathroom had a large glass fronted shower which was a great improvement. The balcony was a bit smaller than on other P&O ships but was perfectly adequate.

Food was excellent great choices in all the places we tried. All the staff were friendly and efficient especially the waiters in the Meridian restaurant.

The lack of midship stairs was a bit odd but we soon got used to that The lifts were a bit erratic at times but I am sure they will get that sorted out.The only thing that spoiled it a bit for us was the constant moaning by some passengers, they seemed intent on finding fault instead of enjoying all this great ship had to offer. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have just booked another cruise on Britannia this September.
