Our cruise was in fact two cruises back to back, western caribbean plus Atlantic crossing to Southampton via Punta Delgarder (should have been Bermuda) Cork, Dublin, and Greenock for Glasgow.
The Cruise itself was very enjoyable, the visits to the various locations (days ashore)were most enjoyable and well organised, the crew were most attentive and friendly. However, We found the daytime activities rather limited, repetitive and boring. Overall the food was very good but the main courses in the dining room were rather small, We actually saw a few passengers supplementing there meals by a visit to the horizon self service café.
The greatest annoyance of the cruise was to do with the price of everything on board, specifically the confectionery e.g. (300g block of diary milk $8.95,uk price £3.00) the cost of alcohol was also extortionate considering the cruise line buy everything duty free and made worse by the fact that one was forced to pay it or do without as none was allowed to be taken on board by passengers.
Cabin was very nice
