This was my second time on a cruise, first being with the Royal Caribbean during hurricane Sandy. After such a horrible experience I never thought I could possibly go on a cruise again. However, being such a Disney fan, with hesitation I gave it a second chance. Boy was it the best experience ever! The room was a great size it felt like I was in a hotel room considering you're on a boat. The boat was clean, up kept, and the staff was beyond my expectations. Many of the staff go 6 months or more without seeing or talking to their families, which makes you wonder how they keep that smile going. The shows were phenomenal, make sure you see them at the disney theatre, they are worth your time. Don't forget your pirate outfit for a night of fireworks, dance and food at the cabanas. If you love the mickey ice cream note that you can only get it through room service. If you want to take pictures with the characters also note that you might have to get a ticket through the main lobby which is great bc that eliminates a huge line during your set time. If you are into running, make sure you get your ticket to the Castaway Cay 5k at the main lobby as well. For disembarkation we chose the express luggage check in, we left our luggage out the night before at 9pm, left special tags on them and boy was it a fast check out, note that if you chose this option you have to leave the boat at 7am and will only have a small breakfast if you plan accordingly, you won;t see your luggage till you arrive home but it was totally worth it and well organized. Overall, this was a fantasy come true me and my significant other had the most romantic getaway ever. Thank you Marlon, and Dejan for making us smile during dinner, you guys were phenomenal, and who could forget Anak our stateroom host who not only remembered our names but created the best towel creatures. :) The disney fantasy cruise is a must with or with out kids.
