Dining in the MDR was the worst I have experienced in 49 cruises on 3 cruise lines. Dinner service was slow and often served cold. Steaks were often overcooked as was the lobster, which was like rubber. As for the entertainment, it was mediocre except for one show called Reflection, which was excellent. Other than these disappointments and the cabin, the cruise was just average, which is not what you expect from Celebrity.
The cabin was large and the cabin attendant was great, but the location was terrible. It was adjacent to a crew work area, which we told was the food preparation area for room service. Every night between 3 and 4AM, there was the banging of pots and plates and banging on the wall. It was so loud that it sounded as if they were in our room. After several days of complaining to customer relations, we were finally moved to a different cabin. Never book this cabin, unless you are completely deaf.
