This was our third cruise on Enchantment. We have celebrated three anniversaries on this ship, and it has improved each time. Our celebration was not overlooked this time. The waiters came out on formal night and sang to us. We also had the drink package on this cruise and were able to visit all of the bars onboard. The best drinks were in the Schooner bar. Bruno was one of the bar waiters who provided exceptional service. We did not go ashore to Coco Cay this trip due to rainy weather, but were able to enjoy the reduced population onboard. We went to the fitness center and enjoyed the equipment. The treadmills all had good working controls; this is something that we have found to be troublesome on some ships.
One thing we really enjoyed on this ship was the associations with others from our dinner table. Being a smaller ship with fewer people, we ran into our dinner companions throughout the day each day. So we had friends to talk with. The ship was in good repair. In fact, it looked better this year than last year and the previous year. Our cabin was in great shape. The bathroom was like new even though we missed the new section down the middle of the ship. This was easy to recognize because we had a shower curtain instead of a door. Dining service was excellent. The guest services desk was a little slow. Overall, a very good experience.
We enjoyed the cabin. We actually had a cold refrigerator. The balcony had new furniture. The bathroom was like new.
