Having just came of celebrity solstice at Easter this was a little extra trip so solstice was still fresh in mind so with that I'd say pacific jewel is a very old ship in the middle of a much needed Reno , you can see that they have started this already with more on going and planned, the highlight of this cruise is the entertainers they put solstice ones to shame, the young band undercover were fantastic , the main jewel entertainers singers, dancers, circus acts were extremly talented, shows were very good.

The food was good won't say great as not much options in buffet, main dining good ,service lacking at times. Didn't try any paid restaurants .

The room was good enough for 3 nights tip for those with thick or long hair take your own hairdryer iv short fine hair and I struggled with the old hairdryer nozel is long rectangle shape hopeless for Presion drying.

Cabin Review

Cabin Outside cabin

Cabin in process of update ie it has a new carpet, bathroom is small and in need of update, beds comfortable, although pillows were old and soft no medium/ firm pillows,

Hairdryer pretty useless even on short fine hair take your own

Good enough room for short trip wouldn't want it for long trip
