It took two and a half hours from arrival at the terminal until we arrived onboard the ship - horribly inefficient embarkation system! Insufficient staffing for the number of ships and passengers.

On previous cruises, I noted that Persian Garden access, which is free to passengers in Aqua Class but costs extra for others, was completely unregulated, so that any passenger from any fare class could walk into the facility without paying.The process could be improved by programming access to the facility onto the Aqua Class cards, thus eliminating the need to trade for a dedicated Persian Garden card.
