The was our 3rd transatlantic cruise on Princess and the 2nd on the Royal Princess. This one exceeded our own expectations! Embarkation was easy and as elite passengers we got on a bit early. Our stateroom was ready at noon and we were greeted by our Steward.

The Cruise Director, Lisa Ball, and her Deputy, Toby Hugget,t really set the tone for fun and happiness with a fabulous variety of entertainment for the many sea days. Though the ship was full, it never really seemed terribly crowded to us. This ship's common areas seem to assimilate the passengers very well. Yes, there were the occasional waits for elevators, but if we walked to the forward or aft elevators, we waited very little. The Piazza always had activity going on...everything from a wonderful string quartet, a Vaudeville type comedian, a Flash Mob, Pop Choir, singers, dancers, and so much more. Entertainment in the Princess Theater was excellent and diverse. With 3 showings a night, it was quite possible to find a good seat for a show.

We had a mini-suite, mid-aft and it was wonderful. Our room steward, Felix, ALWAYS greeted us with smiles and questions about whether he could do anything else for us. He was delightful and professional.

Excellent location fairly close to laundry room and between the mid and aft elevators. Room was well maintained and clean.
