The crew was great. The room was comfortable. The boat was clean. The tours were ok, every tour had shopping in it , on one tour we had only 30 minutes to see the canyon but we stopped and had 25 minutes to shop. Each shop had the same stuff. The entertainment was good. The food was terrible, some nights ok some just horrible. It seemed to me a lot of the food was frozen and most were cooked than reheated which zapped all the flavor. We called ahead because my wife is gluten free, they explained to her every night what she could eat of the menu which was limited. The menu was so repetitive with a few changes every night. The Cadillac diner was almost inedible the chicken wings were over cooked and dry, the French fries cold.

It's unfortunate that this is the only cruise line that leaves from Hawaii, I think this makes them complacent. One night in the skyline we watched a waiter dusting the glass mosaic pillars while we were eating, he was directed to do this, I did not finish my dinner that night.
