This was my first cruise with Celebrity Cruises, so I can only compare with the other Cruise lines I have sailed with over the years (Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian.)
Departure - I did my homework and thoroughly researched the port, so I expected issues with pier 24. I was pleasantly surprised that embarkation was smooth and without issue.
Cabin - Upon arrival to my cabin, I noticed I was missing the bottle I ordered 2 weeks prior to the cruise. I checked with my brother and his bottle was in his room, so I was very confused about why mine was missing. I went to Guest Relations and I was told they were out of Hennessy VSOP. I found that hard to believe and explained they could have left a note explaining this or something in my cabin. I ended up with Remy Martin and a $50 credit because Veronica wanted to make me happy.

I really didn't see anything special about the cabin. It is virtually the same cabin I have had on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian. I always sail in a Cabin with a balcony and they pretty much all look the same. The Cabin steward (Toni) was excellent and always kept the cabin clean and ice bucket filled.

Brugge (Bruges)
We walked about with half the ship trying to find out how to catch trams and trains to the city of Brugge. The ship does not explain anything because I guess it would cut down the number of excursion they sell
Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)
I had read about the issues at pier 24 and expected problems, but to my surprise, we had none. I was on the ship early and had time to eat before the life boat drill
