there was nothing that stuck out as a bad experience but it was not over all a good experience Embarkation and Disembarkation were as crowd as you would expect with 4100 people, but it was just moving from one pen to another. no real information was passed on, move from station to station and then sit in a pen till we call your number.

with the Epic there is no "promenade" deck, so you are dumped into the casino through a hole in the wall. there really was no fanfare for the beginning of your trip.

overall there is not enough elevator space, there are plenty of elevators but they are all really small. lay out of the ship is different then ships of the past. everything happens in the middle of the ship and everything is open to each other. there are good and bads, good thing is that there is really no travel time between anything you want to do. bad is the there is no separation between anything I am not sure if in the past, smoking was allowed anywhere but the casino. but on this ship it is allowed any where in public areas and it travels through out the entire ship. so while having dinner on 6 you get to hear the casino and smell the smoke.

room was nice except for there is little room at the end of the bed to get to the Balcony. plenty of storage and decent lay out. a lot of people have commented about the bathrooms and yes they are poorly designed and very small.
