Cabin: Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

It is hard to reconcile my experience with all those negative reviews I have read.

The embarkation was the best I have ever experienced. It took less than five minutes to board the ship upon my arrival. I had an inside cabin and think the virtual balcony is terrific. The floor to ceiling tv screen really makes you feel you have an actual window. I think the ship is beautiful. It looks like RCCL's version of the Celebrity Solstice class The staff could not do enough to please, especially Marine, who is the Diamond Club concierge The dining has changed such that those that want the early and late seatings are now accommodated. I had absolutely no problem making reservations in the complimentary restaurants and no wait getting a table once I arrived. I was able to sit at a sharing table each and every time, including breakfast and lunch.

The food was only serviceable. I can't remember more than a couple of things that were memorable. RCCL does not compare to Celebrity or Azamara when it comes to food in the complimentary restaurants. Deveinly Decadent has now been changed to complimentary and it was quite good-especially the surf and turf. Supposedly a "healthy" menu but when you add up how much food they offer, you are consuming lots of calories.
