My wife and I consider ourselves seasoned cruisers with 37 under our belt. Mostly with Celebrity (Elite members), RCCL (soon to be Diamond Plus), Princess (Platinum), Holland, Disney and Others. Over the past few years, we have grown accustomed to traveling in a suite. Yes the cost is high but the amenities, comfort and service are what we want and expect. Early boarding, separate waiting areas with snacks, priority tenders, upgraded bath accessories, separate breakfast and lunch areas, concierge, butler etc. We travel mostly for relaxation, comfort and dining along with a few libations. We are not rich but when we cruise we want to be pampered.

Now about the cruise. Boarding in Baltimore was a breeze. Only an hour and half drive down 95. One of the best operations we have seem. After that it all went down hill. I will keep our comments brief:

Cabin - largest on ship but you cannot tell it was renovated in November last year. Uncomfortable bed and yes the bathroom was not up to par. Not only no upgraded amenities - but one bar of soap - that's it!

Grand Suite

Living area was adequate, but bathroom needs major upgrades. Bed uncomfortable.
