We do a "girlfriend" cruise to the Caribbean every year. Usually it is itinerary-driven (we like to visit new places) but we chose this one for the ship. Princess has really been impressing me lately & we wanted to try one of their big new ships.

Balcony

Cabin BD

Lovely room. VERY small balcony. Nice having a love sofa instead of just a chair. Nice large flat screen tv. Very comfy bedding. Love the improvements to the bathroom--roomy shower, ledge for toiletries & leg shaving :)

Less shelf & drawer space than before.

Funky system for turning on lights in room (must use room card).

Chose this room because it was one of the few that does not lose its privacy to either the "peeping tom" skywalk or the captain's bridge...and does not look down on lifeboats.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Have had a family condo in Pompano Beach for years, so we always come & stay a few days before our cruise. Pompano Beach/Ft. Lauderdale have some lovely things to do...Las Olas waterfront area, beaches, museums, theater, and every kind of dining you can imagine!
