2nd time on Jade. Liked it first time as we like Gem and Jewel. Food always good and if you like steaks you will love the fact that they are now proper inch thick babies not skinny sandwich ones as before and wonderful quality. Crew as usual on NCL are nice and helpful although our one bad experience was with a young lady on guest services who after informing me twice about cabins using a political economy with the truth which I showed her was incorrect resorted as all such people do, they insult you and your intelligence. Never mind we sorted it. Cabin steward wonderful, shame that waiting staff seem under more pressure in Garden cafe, maybe lack of staff?
All in all another wonderful NCL cruise.

Mid-Ship Oceanview Picture Window
Had 2 cabins, first 9105 would not wish it on my worst enemies, had to climb over the bed to get in as no room to walk round on my side. My wife had a beautiful bruise on her shoulder from the bed on the wall whilst getting out of bed. The music now coming up from the Atrium till midnight was a big problem. Do not wish to go through all the discusions as mentioned above with guest services but saying that the ship was full (normal) and then WOW we have found one when they realisation that the music could be a problem but it is the same type and next to a cabine with young children (noisy) is no help. Anyway then they found another one what a suprise, 5578, PEACE. Nice cabin.
