The ship is clean, the staff are fantastic and food was delicious! This was my family vacation and our first cruise. We were in room M 184. The cabin was maintained by the nicest man named Leonardo. He kept the room spotless, brought in extra towels, made the cutest towel animals, even made sure he brought the liquor into our room on delivery night, got us an additional luggage tag, answered questions we had, always said hello and remembered our names....he was great! Out room was centrally located so we could easily get to lido deck for food and drinks, the pool, water slides, mini golf and the shows. It was a great location and had plenty of room for the three of us.

Now let's talk about the entertainment....fun, fun, fun!!! Shows were great with really friendly and lively dancers/singers. George the director and Ryan is partner in crime were hilarious. Great personalities and hilarious commentary. They had everything and more planned out and easy to follow on daily schedules. Bingo, adult only and family comedy shows, Mexican fiesta night, carribean dance party, hairy chest and miss fascination contests were a blast....even with a four year old we had plenty to do and see. Camp carnival is packed full of fun things arranged by age group and had something for every kid.

Last but not least was our was it staff in the dining room....they were super. Friendly, fun, quick, awesome set of guys that are by far the best wait staff I have ever met. If you are lucky enough to get Leonard, Suphot, and Arsana you will go to dinner just to see them! Magic tricks with a straw, extra servings for my husband, great recommendations for my daughter, even remembered she liked blue crayons from the first night and fought one to her each night. We didn't expect the level of serviced received but will gladly return to this ship just for the crew interaction. You will not be disappointed if you sit at table 382 or in the section these three manage! Happy sailing and enjoy some sweets for me!

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Cabin 6C

Twin beds made into king were comfortable. Pull down bed with rail for child was perfect. Great water view. TV with a few channels but always a movie or two, cartoons, info about excursions, ship info and replay of taped shows playing. Plenty of pillows, good size restroom. Bring your own soap, and hair products, and blow dryer if desired.
