This was our 7th RCI cruise. Like many others I had concerns as I followed all of the reviews for this ship since last November. First dynamic dinning was not an issue. I had made dinner reservations for 5 of the nights months before we left. Each of the complimentary restaurants have 2 lines. One for those with reservations & one for those without. We never had to wait for the 5 evenings where we had reservations. We used the no reservation line on 2 occasions and was seated immediately both times. I would agree that it would have been better if the menus were more varied. If you have cruised on the Oasis you will find the Prominade area on the Quantium pales in comparison to Central Park and Prominade on the Oasis. In my opinion all of the shows held in the Royal Theater and Starwater in Two70 were superb! Loved leaving from NJ as we live in CT so we drove. Super easy parking and thanks to a previous review, we avoided luggage drop-off and walked our luggage to the ship from our car. The only downside here is the time of the year. It was cold for the first day & a half going out and the last day & a half coming back. I do believe customer service is negatively affected by the tips automaticly being charged. There is no reason for the crew to try to go above and beyond as before. I realize RCI did this because guests skip out without tipping which is a shame. The Quantium is now on her way to China due to Burmuda not being ready for her to start going to their ports this summer. Maybe she or her sister ship will return to NJ In the future.

Cabin E1

It was a corner room and both the room and balcony were so spacious. Loved it!
