We have cruised out of Galveston many times and have always been very pleased with the ease of embarkation. This cruise was no different. Easy embarkation as well as disembarkation.

This was our first cruise on the NOS, but have sailed on sister ship Voyager OS. We love the design of the ship. Easy to get around. Promenade was always fun to stroll through and people watch.

Can't say enough about the service we received the entire time. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Our stateroom attendant, Solomon Williams, was excellent. He met all of our special requests, both promptly and with a friendly smile. He kept our stateroom clean & in perfect order. Loved "MaMa" Jaime Oakman in the Bingo games. She was always so fun & kept us laughing. Nadja in the Diamond lounge was excellent in that she was very friendly and helpful. Loved the way she socialized with everyone throughout the Diamond lounge. Francisco Fernando was a wonderful bar server in the Diamond lounge. He remembered our names & our favorite cocktails. He always had a contagious & friendly smile. Everyone made us feel so welcome. Met several couples that we enjoyed sitting with and talking.
